My Future Goals

One of my main future goals as an educator is to take more professional development to broaden my horizons and learn more about how to be successful in the career. I would love to take more professional development in the areas of classroom management,  building strong relationships with students, as well as how to teach to a diverse group of learners. I would love to learn more about different activities or methods I could use in my classroom to provide opportunity to all types of learners, I do not want anyone to be left behind. I want to ensure that I continually learn new skills and methods so I can better myself as a teacher and better the experience of my students.

Another important goal for me is looking at how I could incorporate more ICT or technology into my classroom. I would love to explore how other educators have used, either successfully or unsuccessfully, different technologies or websites in their classroom. I want to keep my options in this area wide open, so when it comes time for me to start deciding which tech tools will fit into my classroom, I will know about many and have a variety to choose from.
